“Lots of people think turkey is bland,” says Robbie, “but farmers today are experts at raising the perfect bird, full of flavour and succulence. I prefer birds that have been allowed to scratch and peck in farmyards, roaming free in grassy meadows. Our hams, sausages, and bacon all come from happy, free-ranging pigs, cured the old-fashioned way.”

This Christmas, choose from Warwickshire farm-reared bronze turkeys, traditional geese, and succulent cockerels, each offering exceptional taste and texture. For those seeking something a little different, a rib of beef or gammon joint from Robbie’s counter will make a showstopping centrepiece.

“Our geese are reared for full flavour and tenderness,” Robbie adds. “The fat is perfect for making the crispiest roast potatoes, rich, golden, and full of festive flavour.”

To make festive entertaining even easier, Robbie and the team have handpicked a wonderful selection of cheeses and accompaniments, the perfect additions to your Christmas table or Boxing Day spread. The majority of our vegetables are grown right here on the farm, meaning zero food miles from field to fork.
