Yoga in The Cotswolds

Once a quirky subculture, yoga has become mainstream over the years, with people everywhere enjoying its benefits. Unsurprisingly, studies are clear: if you practise yoga regularly, you will experience improved balance, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, and muscle tone. However, it’s so much more than that. Yoga has a meditative quality that connects your mind and body, promoting overall well-being. What better place to experience the benefits of yoga than amidst the beauty of the Cotswolds?
